Before 11 am CST: Same business day/After 11 am: Next business day

  • All orders successfully processed, paid and submitted before 11 am CST will be pick, packed and ready to ship the same business day.
  • All orders successfully processed, paid and submitted after 11 am CST will be pick, packed and ready to ship the next business day.
  • If there are any in-stock discrepancies, LEAN Hydration™ will contact customer for possible alternatives or a full refund.

  • Note: At this point in the fulfillment process, we will ensure the order is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. However, there are known instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one or more business days until delay issue is resolved.
